We source the highest quality pecans we can find. We use mammoth pecans, which true to their name are massive and known for their size and exceptional flavour. They are rich and buttery.
Did you know the Spanish explorers called pecans "nuez de la arruga" which means "wrinkle nut"!
100% Pure maple syrup
We use Canada Grade A dark robust 100% pure maple syrup. Which has a more pronounced caramelized flavour than its lighter counterpart. Perfectly suited for our maple-caramel filling!

Using the freshest lemons, we add a little zest to each batch of pecan squares for that little something extra to balance out the flavours.
