How do you pronounce your name?

That's a great question! We really do get asked this one a lot. It's pronounced: Vee-veh-ray. Vivere is an Italian word meaning to live or be alive. Which we felt was fitting for the guilt-free goodness of our delectable plant-based desserts.

Allergens

Vivere Bakery is dairy free and egg free. Therefore, we do not carry any dairy or egg products in our facility. However, we do process tree nuts, peanuts, soy, and wheat. Please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee your order has not come in contact with an allergen. Although we do offer gluten free options, Vivere Bakery is not recommended for those with severe gluten sensitivity or other severe allergies.

Best Storage Practices
Shelf life

Once delivered, our pecan squares have a shelf life of up to 1 week at room temperature. For maximum freshness, we recommend opening your package only when you plan to eat the pecan squares. In order to preserve them for the best results store in an air-tight container.

You may refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks or freeze them well wrapped for up to 2 months of indulgent pecan goodness.

Can the Pecan Squares be frozen?

They sure can! The Pecan squares store extremely well if well wrapped in an air tight container in the freezer for up to 2 months (if you can resist eating them before then).

We recommend taking them out of the freezer 15-20 minutes to thaw out, prior to consuming.

Shipping
When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped out weekly on Wednesdays. Weather permitting, you can expect to receive your package within 2-3 days once shipped.

The last day to place an order to be shipped on the coming Wednesday is Tuesday at 10 AM.

Orders placed after 10 AM on Tuesday will be shipped the following Wednesday.

Do you offer free pickups?

At this time we do not offer pick-up of any kind, but we look forward to taking your order for delivery.

I made a mistake during the ordering process and the order went through. What do I do?

Don't panic. Mistakes happen. If you made a mistake during the ordering process, contact us as soon as possible. We can make the necessary adjustments to your order within the first few hours before your order is processed.
