We've all tried some gluten-free products that just don't hit the mark. They are dry and give off a more cardboard flavour than a tasty dessert. Do not despair, your search is finally over! The days of mediocre gluten-free desserts has come to an end. These pecan squares have a decadent maple-caramel filling loaded with pecan halves, over a lemon zested, buttery short bread crust that contains NO gluten or dairy! These will leave you and your friends (if you're willing to share) wanting more. Whether you are gluten-free or not, they are a crowd pleaser.

 

Ingredients:

Gluten-free blend (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), Jr. Mammoth pecan halves, 100% pure maple syrup, lemon zest, sugar, Becel® Plant Butter, flax, coconut cream, salt.

Square Care

Pecan squares may be stored in an airtight container for at least 1 week at room temperature.

For maximum freshness, we recommend opening your package only when you plan to eat the pecan squares. In order to preserve them for the best results.

You may refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks or freeze them well wrapped for up to 2 months of indulgent pecan goodness (if you can resist eating them before then).

We recommend taking them out of the freezer 15-20 minutes to thaw out, prior to consuming.

Orders are shipped out weekly on Wednesdays.

The last day to place an order to be shipped on Wednesday is Tuesday at 10 AM. Orders placed after 10 AM on Tuesday will be shipped the following Wednesday.
