The Sans-Gluten Bourbon Chocolate—our gluten-free pecan square with a bold twist. Infused with Jim Beam Extra Aged Bourbon and draped in Lindt Dark Chocolate, this indulgent creation features a maple caramel kissed by bourbon, on our gluten-free shortbread crust. Rich, decadent, and completely gluten-free, this square is proof that you can have it all—flavor, elegance, and freedom from gluten. Who knew gluten-free could taste this good?

 

Ingredients:

Gluten-free blend (sweet white rice flour, whole grain brown rice flour, potato starch, whole grain sorghum flour, tapioca flour, xanthan gum), Jr. Mammoth pecan halves, 100% pure maple syrup, dark chocolate (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, vanilla), Jim Beam® bourbon, lemon zest, sugar, Becel® Plant Butter, flax, coconut cream, salt.

Square Care

Pecan squares may be stored in an airtight container for at least 1 week at room temperature.

For maximum freshness, we recommend opening your package only when you plan to eat the pecan squares. In order to preserve them for the best results.

You may refrigerate them for up to 2 weeks or freeze them well wrapped for up to 2 months of indulgent pecan goodness (if you can resist eating them before then).

We recommend taking them out of the freezer 15-20 minutes to thaw out, prior to consuming.

Orders are shipped out weekly on Wednesdays.

The last day to place an order to be shipped on Wednesday is Tuesday at 10 AM. Orders placed after 10 AM on Tuesday will be shipped the following Wednesday.
